Vantbridge LLC operates Bingeable, a service that helps you create narrated tutorial and demo videos from your instructions. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website, web application, embedded video player, waitlist, and any related services we offer. By using Bingeable, you agree to the practices described here. Please also review our Terms of Use.

This policy covers information we collect when you visit our marketing site, create an account, use the Bingeable application, embed videos on your properties, join our waitlist, or contact us for support.

It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that you choose to connect or demonstrate through Bingeable. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

We collect information you voluntarily provide when using Bingeable, including:

• Account details such as your name and email address
• Workspace and project settings, including brand assets and configuration preferences
• Tutorial prompts, chat messages, and instructions you submit to generate videos
• URLs and product details for applications you ask us to demonstrate

To record tutorials in web applications you designate, you may optionally provide login credentials or authorize session information for those products. If you do, we store this information in encrypted form and use it only to perform recordings you request.

We do not sell credential data, use it for unrelated advertising, or share it except as described in this policy and as needed to operate the service on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide credentials and to record the products you designate. You may remove stored credentials from your project settings at any time.

When you use Bingeable, we create and store content needed to deliver the service, which may include screen recordings, captures of product interfaces you designate, scripts, narrations, rendered videos, short-form clips, thumbnails, and related project files.

This content is associated with your account and workspace. You control project-level sharing and embedding settings within the application.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We receive billing status, subscription identifiers, invoice references, and transaction records needed to manage your account.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Billing records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

We track usage against your plan limits during each billing period. This may include counts of tutorial videos generated, AI edits applied, short-form clips created, and embed views served.

Usage data helps us enforce plan quotas, display your dashboard, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.

When you embed Bingeable videos on your website or share hosted links, we may collect anonymous or pseudonymous viewer session identifiers to measure impressions, plays, completions, and related playback events.

We use this information to provide embed analytics to account holders and to operate the hosting service. We do not attempt to identify individual viewers by name through embed analytics alone.

If you join our waitlist or submit a marketing form, we collect the email address and any optional context you provide. We may also collect technical metadata such as a hashed IP address, browser type, and campaign tags to prevent abuse and understand interest in the product.

On eligible plans, you may connect social channels so Bingeable can publish content on your behalf. If you connect an account, we store authorization tokens and related account metadata needed to perform publishing actions you initiate.

You can disconnect social accounts from your settings at any time. Disconnecting may limit publishing features but does not by itself delete previously published content on third-party platforms.

We use personal information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Bingeable
• Generate, host, and deliver tutorial videos and related outputs you request
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and account billing
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

Bingeable uses automated technology to interpret your instructions, interact with web applications you designate, generate narration, and produce video output. Content you submit — including prompts, interface captures, and form fields visible during recording — is processed as part of delivering the service.

We do not publish details of our internal systems, models, or operational suppliers. Automated processing is performed solely to operate Bingeable for your account and in accordance with this policy and our Terms of Use.

We engage trusted third parties to help us operate Bingeable, including providers of cloud hosting, storage, payments, email delivery, security, and customer support tools.

These providers access personal information only as needed to perform services for us and are contractually required to protect it and use it only for authorized purposes. We do not maintain a public list of subprocessors on our website.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, maintain session state, and enable core application functionality.

Analytics and advertising measurement are enabled by default.

Embedded video players on our marketing pages do not show this notice; consent preferences are managed on the parent page. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it on return visits.

You can change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some browsers and extensions also let you opt out of cross-site advertising. Disabling non-essential cookies may limit our ability to improve the product and measure marketing performance, but will not affect core account functionality.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Project content remains until you delete it or close your account, subject to reasonable backup and recovery periods.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and logical separation between customer accounts.
