Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellation, downgrades, and refunds work for paid Bingeable subscriptions operated by Vantbridge LLC.

Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Bingeable. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to evaluate Bingeable on the Free plan before subscribing to a paid plan.
Cancellation
Paid subscriptions (Starter and Growth) are available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
You may cancel at any time from Account → Billing → Manage subscription in the application. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically delete your account or project content.
After you cancel, you generally retain access to paid plan features through the end of your current billing period. When that period ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan unless you resubscribe.
Downgrading to the Free plan does not automatically remove existing videos or projects. Free plan quotas and feature limits apply from the next billing period onward.
Free plan evaluation
The Free plan includes one tutorial video and five AI edits on a verified account. It is designed to let you validate the workflow before paying for a subscription.
The Free plan is not a paid subscription, does not involve recurring charges, and is not subject to this refund policy.
Refund eligibility
Paid subscription fees for the current billing period may be eligible for a refund only when all of the following are true:
- You submit a refund request within fourteen (14) days of the charge date
- You have consumed zero plan credits in that billing period — no tutorial videos successfully generated, no AI edits applied, and no short-form clips generated (Growth plan). Embed play counts do not affect refund eligibility
When refunds are not available
We generally cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
- Any successful tutorial video was generated during the billing period
- Any AI edit, short-form clip, or other metered credit was consumed during the billing period
- Add-on credit packs after purchase or after credits have been applied to your account
- Dissatisfaction with narration quality, wording, pacing, or style where the video technically completed
- Partial-month usage after credits were consumed (for example, using one of four included videos)
- Renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date
- Account termination due to a violation of our Terms of Use
- Taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion costs charged by your payment provider
How to request a refund
Email contact@bingeable.ai from the email address associated with your account. Include your account email, the charge date, and a brief explanation of your request.
We review eligibility using your plan usage for the current billing period. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your request is denied, we will explain the reason, typically because one or more plan credits were consumed or the request was submitted outside the eligible window.
Chargebacks
Please contact us at contact@bingeable.ai before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve billing concerns quickly.
If a chargeback is filed after plan credits were consumed or outside the eligibility described above, we may provide evidence of service delivery and account usage to the payment processor.
Enterprise and custom agreements
Enterprise customers with a signed agreement, statement of work, or custom order form are governed by the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement. Where no written terms exist, this policy applies by default.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate.
