Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Vantbridge LLC ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of Bingeable, our website, web application, embedded player, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us promptly at contact@bingeable.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share account access in a way that violates plan limits or these Terms, except where team or workspace features explicitly permit collaboration.

Bingeable helps you turn instructions into narrated tutorial and demo videos by performing steps in web applications you designate and producing on-brand video output you can edit, host, and share.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially degrading core functionality for paying subscribers without notice, except where changes are required for security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

New users may evaluate Bingeable on the Free plan, which includes one tutorial video and five AI edits on a verified account. The Free plan is intended to let you test the workflow before subscribing to a paid plan.

Free plan limits, features, and availability may change. The Free plan is not a paid subscription and does not involve recurring charges.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
• Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive content
• Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits except as expressly permitted by law
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage our reputation or impose unreasonable load on the Service

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to record, demonstrate, and publish content about any third-party software, website, or service you designate in Bingeable.

Do not store credentials, secrets, or data in the Service that you are not authorized to use. You must comply with the terms and policies of any product you ask us to interact with on your behalf.

You retain ownership of prompts, brand assets, uploaded materials, and video outputs created through your account, subject to third-party rights in underlying products you demonstrate.

You grant Vantbridge LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely as needed to operate, improve, and support the Service for your account.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit content and to grant this license.

Generated narration, on-screen flows, and other outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated steps. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them for customer-facing documentation, training, or compliance purposes.

Bingeable assists your workflow; it does not replace your judgment, legal review, or quality assurance.

You control which projects are embedded or shared through hosted links. You are responsible for viewer-facing content, access settings, and compliance with laws that apply to your audience.

We may suspend or remove hosted content that violates these Terms or creates legal or security risk.

Paid and free plans include limits per billing period on tutorial videos, AI edits, short-form clips, embed plays, and feature access. Current plan details are shown in the application and on our pricing page.

Tutorial video credits are consumed when a tutorial generation completes successfully with usable output. Failed or incomplete generations that do not produce a completed tutorial generally do not consume tutorial credits, though we may count other metered actions separately.

We may update plan limits, pricing, and included features with advance notice where required. Usage dashboards reflect consumption for the active billing period.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. Prices are shown at checkout and in your account billing settings. Taxes may apply based on your location.

We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price for subsequent renewals, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from Account → Billing → Manage subscription in the application. Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not refund fees already paid for the current billing period, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

After cancellation, you typically retain access to paid features through the end of the current billing period. Downgrading to the Free plan does not automatically delete your content, but Free plan quotas apply on the next period.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, paid subscription fees may be refundable only in limited circumstances, such as when no plan credits have been consumed in the current billing period and your request meets the policy requirements.

Purchased add-on credit packs are generally non-refundable once applied.

Except where prohibited by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, models, or non-public APIs.

Automated access to non-public interfaces without our written permission is prohibited.

The Service may interact with third-party websites, applications, or social platforms you connect or designate. Those services are not controlled by Vantbridge LLC, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or content moderation decisions made by those platforms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTBRIDGE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vantbridge LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Except where prohibited by law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will lie in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will provide notice by email or in the application before they take effect where required.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
