Source: Tango pricingTango captures a workflow you perform and turns it into a step-by-step guide with screenshots. It has three plans: Free, Pro and Enterprise. [1]
Pro has two prices. One or two users pay $22 per user per month billed annually ($30 monthly); three or more pay $15 ($20 monthly). Every additional Pro user needs a paid seat. In-app guidance (Guide Me, Pins) and automations are Enterprise features. [1]

Because the per-user price drops at three users, a third person adds only $12 a year on annual billing and nothing on monthly billing. If two people use Tango, consider whether a third should too.
What Tango Free is good for
Free lets a team of up to 10 capture browser workflows and share up to five of them by link or embed. That is enough to test Tango on your real processes. [1]
It stops at five shared workflows, captures the browser only, and has no version history, branding or exports. Any real documentation library outgrows it quickly.
What only Enterprise gets
Tango's best-known differentiator, guidance inside the software you are documenting, is an Enterprise feature: Pins, Guide Me and Automations are listed under Enterprise, along with PII redaction, translation, SSO and SCIM. [1]
If in-app guidance is why you are looking at Tango, budget for Enterprise and ask sales for the platform fee. Pro gives you guides, not overlays.

If the price isn't the real problem
Tango prices seats for people who capture guides. If you need customer-facing video tutorials rather than screenshot guides, or the bottleneck is re-capturing workflows after each release, a plan change won't fix it.
Bingeable generates the tutorial video from a product URL and a sentence: an AI agent performs the workflow and narrates it. Bingeable starts free for your first tutorial; Starter is $39 per month billed annually ($49 monthly) and Growth is $149 per month billed annually ($179 monthly). It does not create in-app overlays or searchable SOPs. [2]
